This experimental platform is a mechanical system driven by an electric motor, including a working machine with belt transmission and a crank slider mechanism, used as an experimental device in the course of mechanical principles to study the periodic speed fluctuations and regulation of machinery under stable operating conditions. Utilize advanced experimental techniques such as sensors and computers to conduct experimental operations, train and master modern experimental testing methods, and enhance engineering practical abilities.
Performance and characteristics:
1. The crank slider mechanism experimental platform adopts a specially designed crankshaft and connecting rod, with a rigorous concept and exquisite design, which can ensure that the various moving components that make up the experimental platform have good fit gaps, beautiful appearance, easy operation, and long service life.
2. The experimental platform consists of main components such as a base, a DC speed regulating motor, a belt transmission device, and a crank slider mechanism. One end of the crankshaft is equipped with an angular displacement sensor, and the other end is equipped with a flywheel.
3. This experimental platform is equipped with one large and one small flywheel for testing purposes, displaying the speed control effect of different flywheel masses.
4. This product is the first to adopt advanced USB data transmission technology, equipped with a USB bus interface connected to the computer. With the help of USB technology, the connection between the experimental platform and the computer is simplified, and the transmission speed of experimental data is greatly accelerated, improving the reliability of the system. 2. Mechanical speed fluctuation adjustment experiment:
Change the size of the flywheel, observe the fluctuations in mechanical speed, and compare and analyze the results with theoretical calculations.
